Town Board highlights 12-16-22

• Board member Abi Mesick said the Comprehensive Plan Update Review Committee held a meeting with outside consultant Michael Allen to complete work on its draft report to the community. Expected in a week or so, the draft will be made available on the town web site and through town libraries. Watch for announcement of a process to seek community feedback.

• Board Members Destiny Hallenbeck and Abi Mesick have begun interviewing candidates for the board’s new Housing Committee.

• The board approved bringing in master gardener Shelley Haefner to offer gardening programs at Crellin Park in 2023. 

• The board approved the purchase of four digital radar devices to deter speeding on town streets.
