“Democracy Headquarters” opens

The Chatham Democratic Campaign Office, dubbed "DEMOCRACY HEADQUARTERS," at 2 Park Row in Chatham, held an open house on Saturday June 8. 

Jointly supported by the Chatham Dems and the Indivisible Columbia New York (ICNY), the headquarters will serve as a hub for 2024 campaign activities in northern Columbia County through the November election. Many interested voters came by to see what will occur there, and to offer to staff the space or donate materials.

Chatham Dems president Cindy Bobseine said, “We anticipate that the Chatham Dems and other related groups will hold their monthly meetings at the headquarters. Canvassing events, organized postcarding to voters, and voter registration and information will be offered there, as well. Stop in and check it out by chance or look for posted hours soon.”
