Comprehensive Plan update

Here’s how to access the recently posted Comprehensive Plan update and/or to make an in-person comment at an 11:00 a.m. town meeting on August 6 at Tri-Village Fire Company.

From the Town: A new Town of Chatham Comprehensive Plan Draft is now available for review.

This revised draft has been updated to reflect comments and suggestions collected since the first draft. Please use the links below to view or download the draft and related Appendix files.

Hardcopies are available for viewing in a 3-ring binder at both the Chatham and North Chatham libraries, or you may pick up a hardcopy at the Town Hall.

Alternately you may join us in person at our public meeting on August 6, 2023, at the Tri-Village Fire Company. The meeting starts at 11:00 and light refreshments will be served.
